Fredericks Michael & Co. acted as Patria’s exclusive financial advisor with respect to the sale of its airport ground equipment business activities, Patria Vammas Oy and Windhoff Vammas Airport Equipment GmbH, to Laweco Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH.
The agreement covers Patria’s airport ground support equipment activities worldwide.
The Windhoff Vammas organization in Germany has long product and application experience in marketing and sales, design, manufacturing and aftersales of the said products and related services. The customer contacts are carried out both with direct sales and service as well as the existing sales and service representative networks.
"With this agreement Patria has completed its divestment of airport-related activities. It is also a natural step forward in several years’ evolution in which Patria has been focusing to its core businesses according to its strategy", states Executive Vice President Seppo Seppälä from Patria.
