Our Team Culture

Persistence. Endurance.
Intuition. Discretion.

Persistence

Our job is to bring deals to fruition—and it all starts with persistence. Because we know it’s not one single move, but a series of small, everyday actions that gets a transaction over the finish line. From building a business case that piques the interest of buyers or sellers, to following up on every lead, to negotiating nitty-gritty details: we are determined, resolute, and tenacious, every step of the way.

Endurance

At Fredericks Michael & Co., we strive to help you achieve short-term success without losing sight of your long-term vision. It’s why we view every deal not as a one-and-done moment, but as one moment in a years-long journey. For us, this endurance means thinking beyond the transaction by building real relationships and being in your corner—not just today or tomorrow, but 10 years down the line.

Intuition

After 40+ years in the industry, mergers and acquisitions are second nature to our expert team. Leveraging our decades of experience, we make critical M&A decisions based on keen intuition—uniquely able to unlock opportunities, see industry patterns and trends, find the right buyers and sellers, and negotiate seamlessly to ensure the best outcomes for your business.

Discretion

From early communications with prospective buyers or sellers to the final stages of solidifying a deal, at Fredericks Michael & Co., we know discretion is an essential ingredient in every successful transaction. Throughout the M&A process, we work carefully, quietly, and judiciously to avoid industry noise that drives up prices and ensure the details of your deal remain confidential until the end—winning your confidence along the way.
