The minority investment from Unifarco aligns with their long-term strategy to expand throughout Europe and become further vertically integrated. This transaction deepens the partnership between Unifarco and Nurapharm, which has acted as the exclusive distributor for Unifarco since 2009 throughout Spain, Portugal, and Andorra.
FM&Co. advised Nurapharm on a multi-step process which included preparation of an information memorandum, valuation, assistance with management presentations, due diligence, and negotiations through closing.
