Fredericks Michael & Co. acted as exclusive financial advisor to WerfenLife SA, a leading in vitro diagnostic solutions developer, manufacturer and distributor of highly specialized products for Healthcare and Life Sciences, on the divestiture of its French subsidiary ABS to Albyn Medical SL.
Under Albyn’s management, the divestiture will give ABS new life within the rising endoscopy market.
