The acquirer, LGB, is a new company jointly-owned by Safco's senior management and by Inprotec, an industrial automation company with operations in Italy and North Africa. The divestment of Safco represents a major strategic milestone in Sogesta’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its market position in its core businesses.
