Fredericks Michael & Co. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Comesa GmbH, a distributor of highly specialized products for healthcare, on the divestiture of its Austrian medical device’s distribution business to Rudolf Heintel GmbH.
This transaction will enable Heintel to expand its product range to include interventional radiology and gastroenterology and will significantly expand its existing range of disposable products.
